Yes please... we need more information about what you mean by "screen is locked."

If that means the phone is stuck on one screen and has "frozen" that is a different problem from a lock screen that will not unlock and let you use the phone...

As a quick fix try a Soft Reset. Hold down the Power+ Volume Down buttons until your Blu vibrates and reboots (about 10 seconds).
