Why windows store is so poor on desktop PC ..? i saw the windowsStore on laptop of my sister on windows 8.1 i saw just 43 programs and games free on it !!! why so few ..??

Check again. There are a couple hundred thousand app/games on the Windows Store. You need to browse the various categories and perform searches to find them all. Still a lot less than what is the the Windows Phone Store.
