How to make dual-boot PC?

Hi! I want to install Windows 10 on my PC but I don't want to uninstall my Windows 8.1 Pro. So Can I make a dual-boot PC? And how?

If you install it you can UPGRADE and roll back to the saved system image at any point when you want (just don't delete it). Would not recommend dual booting due to the unstable OS.

Or get a cheap stand-alone system or a Raspberry Pi 2?

Well if you don't care about what the above post says, then W10 has an install feature where you pick part of the unallocated space to dual boot

I've been dual, triple and quad booting for two decades now. That has absolutely no impact on stability, as long as you install each OS to a separate partition.

This is exactly why he SHOULD be dual booting.
