i installed windows 8.1 on a new hp pavilion laptop and everything works fine expect that the file explorer, this pc, pictures and other folders show there icons as a white blank and i have searched alot and i keep getting to the same solution in every forum where they suggest rebuilding iconcache.db the problem is i can't find that file anywhere and i have allowed the folder options to show hidden folders and still didn't show up and cmd program keeps telling it doesn't exist, i'm getting frustrated and really want to solve this issue, any suggestions ?
