My Lumia 630 Dual sim phone's camera doesn't focus properly. Is this a hardware problem?

The camera on my Lumia 630 dual sim phone doesn't focus on objects. When ever I tap a spot on the screen (no matter how far from the phone) to focus on, the lenses move, make a half hearted attempt at focussing on it, and then just shift focus somewhere in the middle. No matter what I try. The same happens with the Lumia Camera app. Is there some way I can reset the camera on my phone? Or reinstall the default camera app? Help. I have run out of ideas.

PS: I used to use a Lumia 520, and the camera on that had no such problems.

Try to use Lumia pro camera app and try its manual focus to make sure your camera focus is ok.
