Is my Lumia 1320 bricked?

I may have bricked my phone (Lumia 1320).

I had to perform a reset (using the option under "about"). The phone did not reset. It only displays the Nokia splash screen. No response to the various button sequences for hard reset.

Options?

Just looked @ that page - it's WACK (bad info - soft vs. hard reset)

Soft Reset can recover from fail to boot after Reset.., or then the OP will move on to actual Hard Reset... Then LSRT. *shrug*
