Can I get some help backing up my system?

Problem with backup of system.

I can't find out where is the problem: I can't backup my system. I go to the 'settings' and try it backup to the cloud but it always fails. And there is not written why. I think I do it well but maybe somewhere is mistake in.

A lot of solutions have been posted on this problem but not all of them works for everyone. What worked for me was to delete the old back up and then manually start a new back up. Also ensure that you are connected to WiFi to minimize connection problems.

You may also want to create a Windows Central account in order to track responses to your query easily.
