My Nokia Lumia 625 won't turn on or off??

I am 14, and I was messaging my friend, and then my phone screen just went black, it is on, but it won't turn on or off. I have tried holding buttons down, but it won't work. I need help asap....

Try holding the Volume Down + Power buttons for 10 seconds or so. Your phone should vibrate and reboot. This is a Soft Reset that clears out system memory. You do not lose data.

If that does not work, try holding the Volume Down for about 8 seconds and then plug into a USB port. Immediately release the Volume down button. You should see a giant exclamation mark (!) on the screen. From there you can unplug from the PC and try the Soft Rest method listed above.

If you are using a 3rd party messenger App, consider switching if the problem recurs.
