Why won't my phone update after the 10041 Update?

10041 Update Problem After Rollback

I had already updated my version to 10041 when it came to fast ring, but after a while, for some reason, pc started to not open properly. After checking with safe mode i noticed the problem was with explorer.exe. Then to fix this i rollback to previous verion 9926. But now, my update won't see the 10041 update even though it became available to slow rings as well.

Several options. The most useful are probably just to install 10041 from an ISO, or clear out the update cache, or reformat that machine back to an earlier build an update it again.

Clearing update cache failed, and when i rolled it back to 9926, it deleted the files for my 8.1 version and now can't go back. I guess clean format is only option.
