How to install driver from Setting app update in build 10041?

I had to install driver from windows update but in build 10041 control panel's windows update is gone and I can't find optional update feature in settings app.

click on Local Disk C: then click on System Property in the Computer ribbon .>Advance System Setting>hardware>Device Installation Setting> Check YES.
Restart PC and check Update and recovery
