Why am I unable to upload videos from my Nokia Lumia 820 to One Drive ?

I have been trying for a couple of weeks to upload some videos from my Nokia Lumia 820 to One Drive without any luck. The phone has been set to upload them automatically but these particularly videos have never uploaded. They are not particularly big files. Also, my phone has suddenly started saying I have no storage, despite my deleting all the photos on it. I'd be grateful for any suggestions.

Go for a soft reset and try again.. If that doesn't work, then all that remains is a hard reset..

If you can't upload those particular vids via the phone then go ahead and use a pc?

Are you using WiFi? The files might be too big for mobile data upload.

You might want to add a microSD card too.

Also by default, videos either dont upload or upload over Wi-FI.
