Anybody having an issue with SP3 Pen after installing Windows 10?

[Windows Central Question]

It worked OK when I first started using on Windows 10. However, after updating several builds, it's not working well...

1. Pen doesn't work for 10-20 seconds and then start working again.
2. Palm blocking doesn't work even when I hover the pen cursor around.
3. Eraser button doesn't work sometimes.

Already tried factory reset, battery changes..

Is it a hardware issue? (digitizer or pen itself)

More likely a driver issue.
