I have a Nokia Lumia 610. Can I block unwanted calls or unsavory messages on this phone?

The feature appears to have not come out for older, WP7 devices.

Your best bet now is to see if your service provider can block calls on their end, before it hits your phone. (because some carriers offer that service)
