Not really sure what you mean but OneDrive is connected to your username=Microsoft account (name) so in that sense you can not change the username but you can change/add to another Onedrive account.

One your phone open the OneDrive app and tap on the hamburger 3 horizontal lines in the top left side.
Then you can add an Onedrive account name.
