why my lumia 625 getting stuck?

my lumia fell down and broken the screen. i changed it was working smoothly. again fell down and broken. i changed the screen. but today morning it got stuck. not moving any side.

It appears that the screen touch digitizer has been damaged by the fall (or by the repair procedure done) and the screen may need to be replaced entirely. Take your phone to a service center and have it repaired there.
