NOKIA 730 - Dialling to a number, call is dropped even there is full tower

I bought NOKIA 730 from flipkart. I am using BSNL sim. I have cut the sim to micro.When dialling to a number, "call is dropped" message occurs, and "ending the call" option is taking so much time to cut the call.Could you please help me.

Could you get a new SIM from your carrier? Perhaps the SIM was damaged when you cut it.

I recently needed a nano SIM. My previous SIM had been a micro SIM.

I stopped at my carrier's store, and they gave me the nano SIM free of charge.

I have bought new micro sim.But Still the sam issue occurs.I think it is related to phone issue not network.Is there any alternative to solve this issue.
