How do you turn off the narration on the Nokia phones, it won't let me ever get into my phone?

how do you trun of the narration on the nokia phones it wont let me ever get into my phone

i switched on the narration button to see what it did, then I tried to unslide it but it just freaked out and now the stupid yellow orangish box goes every where I touch and I can't type anything
