Windows Central Question

Just wondering, since I have been trying to find an app that functions like venmo or other apps that send money to other people, and found that Pay.mo is a 3rd party app for Venmo and is made by a software engineer at Microsoft.

Can anyone confirm that the person that developed Pay.mo is an actual employee at microsoft?

Also for those who have used and downloaded this app, how good is it/how reliable is it to transfer money from person to person?
