lumia 520 : important update required all blocked from hours

Hello, my Nokia Lumia 520, appear a window: important update required, download now? push ok but now mobile still work after one hour maybe virus? how can I reset? there are possibility to restart phone as in origni some hide button to push? please help me, thanks

Not sure what you're asking, but try a soft reset first > Press volume up + power/lock button at the same time and hold until you feel the phone vibrate then let them both go..

If the phone is stuck while updating, this will most likely solve it. If not, report back and we'll go from there

Are you on wifi or data. Updates require wifi and if you are not on wifi the download will not start.
