Hopefully, you have been backing up to the cloud?

Sign into your Microsoft Account from the 520 on the 435 and you get back much. Not all Apps allow progress to be backedup/restored but that is on those devs individually.

Also restore any other email accounts to get back messages, contacts, calendar and the like from those cloud sources.
