My phone crashed because of Dutch Denim update, how can I fix my phone?

My phone crashed because of Dutch Denim update

I also had the 8018830f error, yesterday my phone suddenly started the update.
Now it showes turning cogwheels in the screen since then. I pulled out the battery, when turned back on it immediately showes twh cogwheels again, I can not interrupt this process.

Is my phone bricked by Windows? HELP!

If you have an SD card get it out and try again.
