OneDrive hasn't uploaded photos automatically in months?

For the past few months it isn't been uploading my camera roll. I have Wi-Fi on while it charges, which is when it used to do it. Now I have to manually do it, which is a bit of an annoyance. Any help?

Do you allow OneDrive to work in the background (Battery saver setting).
Did you do a soft reset to see if this helps to get the uploading to start again.

It runs in the background, and a soft reset hasn't fixed it...The update a few months ago is what seems to have triggered it.
