I deleted a contact, how can I get it back?

I deleted the contact about 2/3 weeks ago. I also deleted my call log so I cant find it through there. I now need the number back.

If you have deletes your contact, it would have got deleted from Microsoft account also. Hence, it's impossible I think

Go to your outlook.com account and you should be able to restore it from the people web app. Go to manage, restore deleted contacts.
