Just bought a new device, and my podcasts aren't synced. Any way to fix it?

I use the official podcast app on WP 8.1 and have been for quite a long time. I've got a few series I've subscribed to and probably 400-500 podcasts I've listened to. I just got a new device and when I opened it, it doesn't show any of my subscriptions. I searched a few of them and none of them are marked as listened to. Is there any way to seemlessly transfer that information from my old device to my new one? Old device is an HTC 8x (no sd card) and new one is a Lumia 830.
