Microsoft Band Snapped/Broken
My band has snapped. Literally. The part with the heart rate monitor and the clasp bit has detached from the rest of the band. I'm sending it i for repair as they said it should be under warranty (When i contacted them).
It seemed to slowly separate over time until one day it just broke. The band still functions however i cannot slip it on my wrist and whenever i navigate to the heart rate area it says "Where'd you go? Wear me to see your heart rate" as it always does.
I was just wondering if anyone has encountered anything similar?(Such as this part separating a bit)
