Buying apps using Airtel Money

I was recently checking out the wallet , trying to figure out how to add cash through gift part when I saw that you can use the Airtel Money app in the wallet.

My question is , can I use the money I've on my Airtel money amount to buy apps from the store..

I'm asking this because (as many Indians here may know) , most of the debit cards don't work in international stores .

So far as I can tell only Idea in India supports carrier billing in the Windows Phone App Store.
