W10 for phones downloading stuck at 5%

Today I installed update 2...after installing it,it has not moving forward and stuck at 5%
Also the soft reset is not working...what should I do??

same problem here... just a tiny diff.. its 0% ... nd internal memory is decreasing.. :-/

I think I should hard reset my phone...rather I was thinking that before a week ago...so its time to format the phone...

Btw my downloading failed and now the downloading is perfectly moving forward...now its on 56%

Yes...but MS fixed that bug...that wasn't our problem!!

You tried to soft reset while it was installing? Brave!
It sticks at 5% for a long time. My guess is that that partition changes/"stitching" that caused some issues for MS are what's being done at around that % mark.

Yes, it stayed at 5 / 6% for me for a long time and then suddenly jumped up to 80 or so.

Gear cogs on install also pauses for a long time at the same point.
