Windows insider for phone not working..

Guys please help me...i recently did hard reset on my Lumia..after that I installed the win insider..in this app when press the "get preview build" option it is immediately closing..please help me to fix this problem..

What phone is it?
Have you tried after restarting?
Are you enrolled in the Insider Program?

I'm using Lumia 530..i already signed up with insider program...

Im having the same issue. Click the button and the app closes. Strange thing is it worked last night on the same phone. Only trying again as I reset my phone back to factory to remove all the crap and now it wont work.

Managed to fix the issue by using the windows 10 rollback tool. Seems the version number that I managed to reset to is higher than it should be. The rollback tool will download a different version of wp8.1 and let you install and the app and register again.
