Home Page Reload takes about 3-5 seconds to open after leaving program

After Windows 10 Install on Lumia 1520, when leaving an open program and pressing the Home button to go back to the home screen, there is a 3-5 second delay in opening. It displays "Resuming.....". Anyone else notice this?

as you know it this an early unpolished build\version of windows phone 10. you should expect such lags , crashes or hang ups. nothing to worry this is normal. wait for future builds for a fix and a better experience good day

The same issue on my 1020, I have been playing with unpinning/repinning my live tiles, have pretty well eliminated this by doing so. Not sure I can pin it on one app in particular.
