Setting menu problems in windows 10 TP for phones

I updated my Lumia 525 to w10 but I cant use the setting menu.I also have two,cortana tiles on my start screen.But being unable to use setting is really suffering.any help?

this is indeed a bug, i suggest you to do a hard reset on your device. good day. ( or if you have had enough of the win10TP roll back to 8.1 )
