Why my gameloft game 'green farm3' is loading but not opening?

I have bought microsoft Lumia 532 recently, 15 days , it was running good but from 3 days I was unable to play 'green farm 3'. It loads but again pop up to gameloft hub.
Although I am able to access other games....
Kindly help me insorting out this problem as my mobile is just too new to get a problem!

Hi! I had a problem with my greenfarm3 after I had reached to level 13 suddenly it stopped opening. I searched alot to solve the issue and one day I searched on google "download greenfarm3 for window phone" as a result they offered me download gamehub and even game hub was already downloaded in my win phone but I continued downloading again and deleted old game hub... And at last I was able to play greenfarm3 again.. But Oooppppss it was again from level-1
