thiss is a bug. do a hard reset on your phone. if that doesnt solve the issue wait for the next build/update of win10 tp or roll back to win 8.1 good day

but camera app and photos app totally missing in my all app list. I am using files app but files app can't open any photo.
how to I receive camera and photos app and how to now I open photo?

Hard reset and set up as a new device (not from backup) will probably reinstate it.

Do a hard reset of the device (wipes all data) and when setting the phone up again it may ask if it should restore data from a backup. If you select "no, set it up as a new device" that's what you get - a device with none of your old data and settings and which should have a working Photos app.
