Windows phone 10 technical preview..urgent help please critical situation help me

Guys i checked for updates via imsider fast configuration amd i downloaded the WINDOWS 10 TP but after knowing about several bugs in TP i dont want to install it but it is showing if i dont install it untill 3:00am your phone will automatically be updated to TP 10...i dont wanna install it please tell me what should i do now how to cancel or terminate this update

Hard reset your phone should stop process.

I dont wanna lose my apps and setting i have no backup..anyother suggestion please

Uncheck the automatically update option even if you don't it won't install it
