Installed App Doesn't See in App List !!!

I'm updating GTA V manual , then a notification came scan & fix errors in sd card then I paused download & remove the sd card ( selected remove sd card option from storage sense after that removed ) & insert My Windows lap & Fixed errors & then inserted card & resume download after update completed it installed but in app list there is no " Grand Theft Auto V: The Manual" When I go to store & in history there I click view & it goes to home screen & not open the app.

Now the problem is I can't see the app in applist, I can't open & I can't uninstall it!!!

What I do Somebody Please Help Me ?!!!

Can you see it in Storage Sense? Try uninstalling it from there and then reinstalling.

No, it's not in storage sense
