Lumia 535 gets updated

I just updated my phone... I guess it got touchscreen updated and some visual changes... In screen resolution aspect... Are there any more changes??

You may want to have a look at this thread. If the update you're referring to is the 15114 firmware update, then it seems that only those with the Dual SIM variant of the L535 are experiencing improvements with the touch screen.
