Is "reset your phone" enough to delete all personal contents?

I have to give my phone, a Samsung Ativ S to Samsung Customer Care.
Does "reset your phone" option in Settings > About screen, enough to delete all my personal contents? Contacts, pics, etc?
I haven't a memory card.
