a question about cancelled downloads
hi!
i have a question about cancelled-failed-interrupted downloads, be it with app downloads or firmware downloads
usually when we download something, we can see a downloading bar on the screen which represents the progress of download or how much longer or how much data is left or being transferred
this also represents how much KB/MB is being transferred
now lets say, youre at 50% upon completion of your download (which is equal to the 50% of KB/MB data received by your device)
and then suddenly the progress gets cancelled-failed-interrupted...
my question is what happens to this 50% of partially transferred data?
is this data already transferred in your device?
or would it go back to the source of download?
if not, would this partial data eat memory space for this incomplete download?
if im updating to denim 8.1 and then i paused my download when im at 50% completion, would my device have to download denim entirely again? or is there already a (50%) data stored in my device?
thanks!
