i haven't receive the software update 8.1 yet what can i do to ger it directly?

I have windows phone 8 software in my phone and for many months I check for software update every day what do you believe cause and I haven't receives it yet and what I can do to get it directly? I live in Greece!!! I have buy my phone from my country various network and I use Vodafone network you you think that this is the problem?

What phone model are u using?
Besides by downloading the Preview For Developers app and enrolling for preview u can easily get WP 8.1 Update 1.
