Does Cortana add trip info if you delete it once?

This might be a strange question. Cortana found my upcoming trip in my email, and notified me to add it. I did, and for some stupid reason, I deleted it to see if it does again. So far it hasn't, tried turning trip planner on and off, etc. Did it happen to anyone that the Cortana recognized the trip info after you deleted it? I know that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", but well...
