Dual sim not work anymore

Suddenly my dual sim slot stopped recognizing sim only one is working, anyone with help?

We may need more information: What phone are you using? What was the last thing that you noticed before the phone stopped recognizing the other SIM?

Am using a Lumia 535, and I noticed when I turn on the phone there's always a blank page that I have to hit back key once or twice to get to normal screen, I Was charging and it got frozen only for me to restart the phone I discovered only one sim was recognized.

Funny enough the sim slot seem to be reading the sim from both slot only wen u insert one sim at a time but once the two goes in onw doesn't read
