Why wall charger cannot charge my nokia lumia 920 ?

I plugged in the wall charger but it doesn't charge my nokia lumia 920.What should I do?? Please help me.

Turn off your phone and plug in your charger and wait for the phone to turn on itself.

Try charging from a computer with the same charging cable. If it works, the your charger is faulty.

If that fails they could try a reset of their phone as it maybe an update issue.

Probably a bad cord. Try a friends and see if theirs works for you.

I know it sounds like a silly question, but have you plugged anything else into that outlet? Does it have power? It could be a blown breaker or even an outlet that doesn't have power unless turned on with a light switch.
