Can anyone suggest This in uservoice ???

I was thinking like : Since microsoft is moving every Thing to The top like the Search bar , and since we have the 3d useless search button that is rarely used , why can't we access the search bar inside an app itself by tapping that button ? It would make more sense and it will make this button alot more useful, and by tapping and holding we access Cortana so don't freak out Cortana fans ( or double tapping or whatever ) so can someone please suggest this feature on uservoice ( I have reeaaly slow internet that can't open webpages ) ??? And please provide us a line so we can vote for it .

My God !!! Did you even read what I have written?? I cant do that because my internet is too slow !!! I doesn't open WebPages !! And I wanted to get opinion on whether it is a good idea or not
