I have not received my free fitbit having purchased a nokia 735 from talkmobile.

When I go back into gift app it tells me I have successfully applied for the phone number. It has been over 4 weeks since applying. what should I do?

I too have not had mine and it's been over 6 weeks since I got my lumia 830 I downloaded the app and it said I woul receive it in 4 weeks but nothing

I registered at the beginning of march and still not had it ... Even the Microsoft promotion line is non existent now, don't know who to contact now :/
