Loading screen waking the screen on Lumia 930

Hey there! I have a Nokia Lumia 930 with Windows Phone 8.1 update 2 and today I'm having trouble with a loading screen when waking the phone. I've restarted many times already but nothing works

Have your tried performing a soft reset? Press and hold the volume down and power button until your phone reboots. This is different from a normal restart procedure, which is just power-off-power-on.
