How do I change the icons of email applications on Lumia?

Can we give an icon to email shortcuts that pin on the home screen of lumia. This is because when we make the icons small it is difficult to identify which email account that we are clicking, for instance if you have more than one email shortcuts on home page, then it is very difficult

All email boxes of the same type will all have the same icon. (All Outlook the same, all Gmail the same, all Yahoo the same, etc.)

The name only shows in medium or large tile. (Outlook 1, Outlook 2 - Gmail 1, Gmail 2 - etc.)

So when you have them on smallest it is up to you to remember which is which just due to position on the screen.

OR

If you are on Update 1 and have Live Folders you can bundle them in a larger size into one folder so you can read the title and still not take up a lot of the Start Screen.

You can use an App like Skinery Themes to make customized tiles for each.
