After 10-15 minutes use my Lumia 730 got overheated from the left side of my mobile. This phone has a OLED screen. Is it a hardware issue or software issue?

If the phone is being overheated to the point where you can't hold it, then there is sth wrong internally..

Keep in mind that most phones do get a bit warm when used intensively or when the phone thinks you're using it intensively.

A few soft reset might help, otherwise a hard reset.. If neither help, then bring the phone in for a checkup

There isn't a go to solution in this case...

Things to do:

- Soft reset
- sorting through app list to remove any recently installed apps and monitoring the device
- going to battery saver and checking which apps use the most power, removing them and monitoring
- hard reset and restore a recent backup
- hard reset without restoring a recent backup

These are all things you can do, but beyond this, the issue might be hardware
