Why am I unable to update my music app?

cannot able to update my music app

Hi friend i cannot able to update after i brought my phone. When ever i am trying to update it downloads and start installation but it wont compete and show a message that "attention required. Tap here" when i tap it will retry and same occur again and again. Now i changed my os to windows technical preview now since it cannot download the app now i cannot access my music. Please tell me a solution

Maybe you have set your device to install new app/ update to SD. Go to storage sense app and change the setting there. If this is not the case, try to re-download the app by tap and hold on the installation process and your device would give you an option to cancel installation. After that, try to download it from store

HI sonekaka thanks for your support.
first my phone is lumia 925 it doesn't support sd card. I have tried to re download the app by the way u r saying few times but same happens.. And since it is a inbuilt app i cannot uninstall it so that i cant download it again from store.
