my screen locked from navigation , how do I undo this?

While scrolling down through my settings, accidently tap onto navigation, and it locked my screen and cannot access anything on phone

Sounds like you have activated "Narrator"

The solution is very simple.
To turn off ease of access narrator:
Hold the “Volume Up” button and then tap the “Start/Windows” button. This will disable narrator.
