How do you send a Lumia in for repair?

I live in the US and my 830 has developed a slight problem. The upper right hand corner along with a little bit of the side has lifted up and is not flush. This is really bugging me and I can't find any information on how to get a Lumia repaired under warranty. Does anyone know how you do this. PS. I'm not a handy person so fixing this my self is not an option
