[L620] Not able to use 3G network?

The highest connection speed on my phone is 3g but when i switch to 3g i cant make or receive calls neither can i use my internet, there absolutely no network connection but when i use 2g it becomes a bit better but internet runs very slow.

What carrier? What is the RM number for your 620, what CV are you using? Which country are you located in?
